Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the MADICAL STORE website and services, operated by MADICAL STORE Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, requesting a quote or listing products, you agree to them. If you use the platform on behalf of a hospital, clinic or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

The platform is intended for healthcare institutions, medical practitioners, businesses and their authorised staff.

• You must provide accurate details, including your GSTIN where you want a tax invoice for input tax credit.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login (OTP) secure.
• We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

Some products are sold by us, and others by independent verified vendors. Each product page, quote and invoice shows who the seller is. When you accept a vendor's quote (see quote requests), the contract of sale is between you and that vendor; we facilitate the order, communication, payment and support.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and quotes, for holding the licences required to sell the devices they offer, and for honouring warranty and service commitments.

Medical devices sold on the platform are subject to the Medical Devices Rules, 2017 and other applicable laws. Registration and certification details (such as CDSCO registration, CE, US FDA or ISO 13485) are shown as provided by the manufacturer or vendor. Please verify critical specifications and regulatory status for your intended use before purchase.

Devices must be installed, used and maintained by qualified personnel according to the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. You can view them excluding or including GST; the applicable GST is always shown before you pay.
• Prices and availability may change until an order is confirmed. If an error in price or description is found, we will contact you before processing.
• Vendor quotes are valid until the date shown on the quote. Offers and coupon codes have their own conditions and are validated when the order is placed.
• GST invoices are issued by the seller of each item, with the CGST/SGST or IGST split that applies.

• An order is confirmed once payment (or the agreed advance) is received, or credit terms are approved.
• For milestone payments, each instalment is due at the stage shown in your order (for example on confirmation, on delivery and after installation sign-off).
• Purchase-order numbers and approvals you enter are printed on your invoice and delivery documents.
• We may cancel an order if payment fails, if the product becomes unavailable, or if we cannot verify the buyer; any amount paid is refunded in full.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and on quotes. Heavy equipment may need a loading bay, lift access or site preparation; please share site details accurately to avoid delays.

Where installation is included, the seller's engineer installs and demonstrates the equipment and records a sign-off. Please inspect deliveries and report damage or missing items as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Warranty terms are those of the manufacturer or vendor, as shown on the product page, quote or invoice. Warranty usually excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, power surges, liquid ingress and consumables. Raise service requests through Help & Support.

• Do not list or buy devices you are not legally permitted to sell or use.
• Do not post false, misleading or infringing content, or attempt to interfere with the platform's security.
• Do not contact vendors or buyers met through the platform to take a transaction off the platform in order to avoid these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of independent vendors beyond our role as a facilitator. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer or other law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and material changes will be notified to registered users.
