Is there a fee to apply?
No. Applying is free. Commission and any listing fees are explained on your onboarding call, before you list anything — you can decide then.
Which licences do I need?
It depends on your business type and the device classes you sell. Distributors and dealers usually need a registration to sell medical devices (Form MD-42), manufacturers a manufacturing licence and importers an import licence. Tick what you have in the form — our team will confirm what else, if anything, is required.
Do I need OEM authorisation?
Not to apply. Authorised distributors are marked “OEM-authorised”, which hospitals often prefer — upload authorisation letters for the brands you carry.
Can I sell refurbished equipment?
Yes, if each unit comes with a refurbishment and calibration certificate and a warranty. Refurbished items are clearly labelled for buyers.
Who delivers and installs?
You fulfil orders from your warehouse. Tell us whether you install and service equipment — buyers see this when they compare quotes.
Can service or AMC companies join?
Yes. Choose “Service / AMC Provider” as your business type to receive installation, calibration and maintenance requests.
