• Account details: name, mobile number, email, organisation, city and pincode, and optionally GSTIN, legal name and medical council registration.
• Orders & quotes: products, quantities, delivery addresses, site details, purchase-order numbers, approvers and payment status.
• Support & vendor applications: the details and documents you submit.
• Technical data: device and browser information and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

• To create your account, process orders, raise invoices and arrange delivery, installation and service.
• To share your quote requests with vendors who can supply the items, and to show you their quotes.
• To respond to support requests and send order, quote and service updates on the channels you choose.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and to prevent fraud.
• To send product and pricing updates only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share only what is needed for each purpose:

• Vendors — the specification and delivery region of your quote request; your contact details only once you shortlist or accept their quote, or place an order with them.
• Logistics and installation partners — delivery address and site contact.
• Payment processors and banks — to process and verify payments. We do not store your card details.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. Invoices and order records are kept for the period required under tax law; other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Some preferences — such as your cart, wishlist, compare list and draft forms — are stored in your own browser so the site works without an account. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@madicalstore.in. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services.
